How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe move process was something extended that was unnecessary. I moved out October 2, 2026 and uhaul didn't complete my move out and tried to charge me an additional $100 and then another $20 for a late fee. The staff were unprofessional. I called multiple times and even had U-Haul leave messages that they never responded to. Please get this under control so people can have an easy, non stressful move out process that I unfortunately wasn't able to get. This location had no excuse to wait two weeks to close out my move out when they had an ample time to do so and ample reminders.
Tiana C | Overall ExperienceI've used this u haul storage 3 times and I've never had an issue.
Marnie S | Overall ExperienceCustomer service is the best
judith m | First ImpressionsAfter I moved out I called and ended my rental of the unit. The next month I get mailed a bill and call and the excuse is there having new management take over. The unit I had wasn’t locked and was unsecured. A previous rental I had in Killeen when I removed the lock they called within hours to secure the door or move out. But the copperas cove U-Haul didn’t do the same.
Mark B | Overall ExperienceIt was great
Carmen R | Overall ExperienceAwesome customer service. Young lady I talked to a couple times was very helpful and nice. She will take care of any issues you have and call you about your storage so you don't be late

TEONDRA P | First ImpressionsFran is the best. Shes extremely helpful and friendly. She made my experience simple amd easy to navigate. Thank you Fran. 😊
Marnie S | First ImpressionsUhaul's fees were incredibly excessive and with constant price jumps. I don't think I would rent through you in the future.
