ANTOINE W | First ImpressionsMore than a few times my unit was locked saying I didn’t pay when it’s on automatic draft. Come to find out they had someone else under that unit not me. This was more than twice and when you’re trying to get access to your belongings it’s rather inconvenient. Had to put a new card on file after that because they had no other info somehow. This use to be a great facility years ago when another lady ran it. But now, I would not recommend for the pricing of it. Phone calls barely get answered when you do call. Go somewhere else.
Toni S | Overall ExperienceThe parking situation at this location is horrible. You can only fit large trucks down certain isles. You constantly have to move for the staff to pull trucks through. My unit didn't have working lights. 50% of the time when I visited both gates were up, so security isn't super important.

My on line experience wasn’t all that great. I requested move out through app, but after three days called facility and spoke to Dre. He immediately handled it and I received a receipt. Great live customer service. The app is less than helpful.
