I will dispute the full charge with the credit card merchant services if half of my $469.90 payment on May 3rd is not refund to my credit card. Call me at 201-262-0412 if necessary.
STEPHEN D | Overall ExperienceThe facility and staff are great, however the location (right off the busiest road in Mooresville and extremely small parking lot) causes the gate to always get congested. Seems like they never have enough manning and patrons are always angry because of these issues. I've tried to check out twice in person and have called several times to close my account after moving out.

The building is clean, easily accessible with a key card, and the units are climate controlled. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs storage space in a secure and well-maintained facility.
