This location was contacted directly and chosen specifically for tractor trailer access, which I was assured by the young woman with whom I spoke was the case. When the shipment arrived, that access was denied and the driver had to off load from the street! When the driver walked the property, it was clear there was plenty of room. smh After we moved out of the unit, I received a call at 9am Sunday morning from who, I suspect, was the same young woman. She asked me "what i was going to do about me unit", as if I had never moved in. By the time she called, I moved in, stayed 4 months and moved out. again, smh Tom was great to me every time I came - even when I forgot my card. Still, I would never recommend this location to anyone - especially a friend.
