Jesse R | Overall ExperienceThe only issue i had was....i was from Houston and did not know how long i needed the storage for so i prepaid months ahead. I was advised that if i terminated early, i would be refunded the difference. I paid through 9/30/2022 but removed all items 9/9/2020. When i asked about refund of difference...i was told there would be none because i was month to month... if i need facilities again...i may not use this place because i did have dead crickets in my unit and also the refund i was advised about.....was cancelled... Thank u
ursula d | Overall ExperienceLady that works there is over dramatic. We had our storage broken into and our vechicals vandilized serveral times And Mary accused my guys of breaking into our vehicles. They stole there tools. She told us we can't have old units on the ground and tells so to empty our work trailer but does not tell the other tenants to do the same. There are pipes and debris on the ground. The company that delivers to stores has trash that falls on the ground she doesn't tell them to clean. And the maintenance person does not clean either. Gates are always left open. we got tired of the thefts and her rudeness.
