This time around with me using -Haul. My niece Carleatha arranged everything for me at this time. There were a little complicated things, but end up working out. But, my main concern is there was a lady that we were transferred to after we spoke to a gentleman named Blake. She was VERY rude and disrespectful to my niece. When my niece asked for her name, she hung up the phone on her!!! Now this was very rude and unprofessional customer service…We are really hoping that this call can be traced back to find out who this woman is!… so that she can give us an apology for her actions toward us!..This is why I gave the rating that I’ve given.

Totally rat infested. There was already a trap with poison in our unit when we rented it, but it seemingly did no good. We had no food at all, just furniture and house decor, yet ended having rats completely infiltrate and leave droppings all over the place. This place needs a major extermination.

She should not be in the postuon shes in. Smokes weed in the parking lot during business hours. Doesnt have a clue what is ans isnt right to do while useing the faciltys. Takes her personal feeing out on customérs.. Just outright impossible to work with. Makes up rules and singles out folks lets some costomers use the faciltys Amenities.. But not others.
