That was the only issue I had. Customer service representatives that I spoke to were very helpful and very nice

But, my main concern is there was a lady that we were transferred to after we spoke to a gentleman named Blake. She was VERY rude and disrespectful to my niece. When my niece asked for her name, she hung up the phone on her!!! Now this was very rude and unprofessional customer service…We are really hoping that this call can be traced back to find out who this woman is!… so that she can give us an apology for her actions toward us!..This is why I gave the rating that I’ve given.
Michelle A | First ImpressionsTotally rat infested. There was already a trap with poison in our unit when we rented it, but it seemingly did no good. We had no food at all, just furniture and house decor, yet ended having rats completely infiltrate and leave droppings all over the place. This place needs a major extermination.
