I had an exceptional experience with this storage facility that I highly recommend. The unit I rented was spotless and easy to access, and I always felt safe in the well-lit area, even during my evening visits. The staff truly made a difference—they were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful throughout the process. Working with the facility manager and the team was a pleasure. The office and gate hours were very convenient, fitting perfectly into my schedule. If you're in need of storage, this location is the best choice! The entire experience with the storage facility was great.

Elevator broke down in 17 degree weather so half load was stuck upstairs. Promo read “ Free month of storage space “ period. No mention of having to pay for 2nd month, but we did without any explanation. Just a very unfortunate experience.
