WANDA D | Overall ExperienceI made payment for storage and never used, i came back next day informed staff that i did not use the storage ans kindly asked for a refund, I was told to call the customer service line. I called the customer service line and they tried to transfer me to the store manager, i was informed the store manager would call me back to discuss about a refund. Its being over 48 hours and i have not received my refund neither have i had a call from the manager.
NNAEMEKA A | Overall ExperienceI cannot give a positive review. I cannot recommend this to others since communication somewhere. There’s a breakdown. Over the phone I was specifically told I would have the correct sites available for the U-Haul trailer I rented. That did not happen now I’m spending twice as much money.

The staff truly made a difference—they were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful throughout the process. Working with the facility manager and the team was a pleasure. The office and gate hours were very convenient, fitting perfectly into my schedule. If you're in need of storage, this location is the best choice! The entire experience with the storage facility was great.

LASONYA C | First ImpressionsWouldn’t take my return vehicle even after another location set it up. Couldn’t run my credit card, wanted cash. Hard time finding storage space. Elevator broke down in 17 degree weather so half load was stuck upstairs. Promo read “ Free month of storage space “ period. No mention of having to pay for 2nd month, but we did without any explanation. Just a very unfortunate experience.
