The staff are excellent, good, helpful, and nice people. The storage rooms are storage rooms. The place is clean. The lighting is terrible. You have to set a timer for 10 minutes to get light, and when it goes off, you're in the dark. There is no heat and no electrical outlets. The inside units can be freezing cold or stifling hot, depending on the day. It's a storage facility, average, above average, or below average, depending on your experience, but the people are very nice and helpful.

William D | Overall ExperienceThe facility was ok for storing my stuff BUT it wasn’t sealed properly and my stuff was covered in dirt/dust, and feathers from when they were cleaning the area. They did address it when I brought it to their attention. Also, when I went to clear my storage until all my couches, chairs, ottoman and an expensive area rug were covered in mouse poop. They will all have to be discarded.
