I had to take my stuff out of the storage due to rats and their bowel movements left in my unit now I’m gonna have to get new furniture and new items because of this. I hope somebody reaches out to me and understands that. I’m very upset that I had to go and get a different storage unit. There was somebody that came out and took pictures for us and that was it?

The place is clean in appearance, however, when I removed my furniture there were mice droppings on the couch. My belongings were in storage for 2 and a half years, so i don't know if this is from recent activities of mice or some time earlier in the rental period.
