Life happens

Phyllis L | Online Move InMy experience would’ve been 100% good if back in November of last year I paid my bill off your guys never took my payment and never changed my phone number in the system so just recently I lost my storage unit because your guys didn’t do their job right I lost and I’ve seen amount of money. My kids. His whole life was in there everything from when my kids were little was in there and because of your employees I lost my unit so no, I’m giving you zero rating because of your two employees.
