I would say all the team members were great except for one person that was a complete moron. Everyone else was knowledgeable and so helpful. They really care about people and go out of their way to help.

Nathan R | Overall ExperienceI will never use another company other than U HAUL again. I hired a company that was supposed to send me “professional movers” and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. I-haul was helpful and understanding of the mess I was in after those movers ripped me off. The only thing I would suggest is to have more available equipment, especially the bigger trucks. They were unavailable in most areas where I lived before and it was very hard to even get a trailer to haul. Just need more equipment because apparently most people prefer to use U-hauls services.
