MIRENNE G | Overall ExperienceI will say I rented unit .then need over 100.00ver even broke tag to get lock from inside it .never used it. Then I got refunded 68.00 3 months later then. They decided to send a certified letter from manager with the nerve to tell me I owed over 20o.00 after giving me a credit.that is really nuts . It's like saying here is money back but now you gotta pay. For the credit. Nice work!

Then I get charged late fee and for unit because they said unit wasn’t cancelled. I paid because I don’t need an outstanding balance but I shouldn’t have had to pay. And Faniel no longer works there, so there’s that. I did try to resolve.
