The two ladies at the front desk didn’t smile or seem to want to help. They didn’t explain where to punch in the security code, so the alarms were going off. The entire time I was there unloading a 15’ truck, I saw only two other customers on site, so the ladies were not busy. Eventually, one of them came outside to explain things.
Jill S | Online Move InIt is crazy to me that I can't rent an additional unit in close proximity to the units I already have. Even though they're empty and available. Not blaming the staff as it is obvious they have no control of it. Not even the manager. Would be nice if someone cared enough to look into it and find out why, and maybe go to bat for me. But no interest from anyone in doing that.
