It was poor because I would do zero stars if I could because the units are overpriced for one and two my lock wasn't on properly and I wasn't told for a whole month and a half and the insurance wont reimburse me and will only reconsider if I file a police report because I quote "there was no sign of forced entry." How can there be when the alarm wasn't going off for the unit and the unit wasn't locked properly.?

How U-Haul Reviews WorkAlthough there was some issues with one employee at the storage facility I do not hold that against the store manager or any of the other staff. Had my issue had not been properly addressed and resolved this survey might be reading differently. But the store manager is the reason I walked away with a positive opinion of U-Haul. Not everything is black and white and shades of gray do exist. The manager understood this and was very helpful to me and I will never forget that.

Highly recommend the Sixth Avenue Facility. I wasn’t impressed with the amount of parking places while renting and that was a nightmare and very frustrating but I can’t hold anyone but the other customers there at the time responsible because they were truly the issue.
