Overall, the store experience was good. On the move out day, I stood in line for 45 minutes along with other customers waiting to be served. No one working there said anything to us about why we were waiting so long to be served. When it was my turn, I asked the guy why no one told us what was going on all this time. He rudely said, "I'm telling you now, the computer was down." No apologies out loud to us while we waited or anything. He had his sunglasses on the entire time, looking so unprofessional. Teach them some customer service manners and how to make sure the people are aware of what's going on. No customers no jobs!
