I cannot say enough nice things about Phillip, Chris, Garrett, and Sam... They were all very interested is helping, and very easy to talk to about all topics. I rented 6 trucks and 4 storage over a 3 week period, and never once had an issue. Honestly, happy to be back in my house, but enjoyed thie experience and HIGHLY recommend...

Stephen M | Overall ExperienceThe elevator was usually broken. I rented an 8x10 and got 2 small units. When I asked if I could get a free lock for the 2nd unit I did not plan on having, I was told no. They raised my rent without me knowing. Lack of communication is strong here.
