CARIN B | First ImpressionsI am rating this as such because of the recent usage of UHaul services and products by known far-right domestic US terrorist organizations. This company needs to crack down on unauthorized use of their equipment and sue responsible parties. The facility and staff I had were excellent, but had I seen this information prior I would've used a different service, and will be from now on until UHaul takes action.

Unfortunately, it wasn't made clear that the area is not great and there were a number of questionable characters that seem to be allowed to hang around on the steps and parking lot. Our unit was accessed through the back of the building - it was just my college aged daughter and I. We did not feel safe. There were a lot of people who appeared to be on drugs coming in and out of the building and we were fearful while unloading our vehicle and packing her dorm items into a unit for the summer. The facility needs security or measures to prevent people from loitering.
