bobby h | Overall ExperienceThe worst location in terms of customer service and acessability ever Staff is rude dismissive and unhelpful and WRONG WAS QUOTED A FREE MONTH but still had to pay INS So not free Was given incorrect information and had to pay an additional month charge Was given a larger unit paid for said larger unit even thoe id moved out of said larger u it took 10 days to recieved refund and staff still process refund incorrectly !! The manager defends staff even thoe they were WRONG with no apology made and no bill die reminders nor courtesy calls were made Overall due custumerservice and billing 0 stars

He was always kind, helpful, and you could tell he cares about his job and the customers. Never failed to go above and beyond and he was always a pleasure to interact with. Cannot praise him enough.
