The facility staff and conditions were acceptable; however, during the three years we rented a storage unit, the price increased by almost 20% per year. Sorry, but people don't get 20% raises every year can't afford your prices.

RONNIE P | Overall ExperienceThe only issue I have is the half stairs, kinda makes it inconvenient if you don't have an elevation device, creating an even longer day when moving. And the measurements for their 8x8x8 are slightly off, I'm 6ft+, and I cannot stand up inside of storage, even the door for the storage is short, plus maybe a light would be helpful also it at least a plug in for one. Staff was helpful tho and friendly so I can't really be unhappy since I'm dealing with helpful smiling people.
