The storage facility had an electrical issue and had water pipe freeze caused water to go everywhere... received a text informing that my unit may have some damages due to the water, asking me if I could come in and check it out or if I would like them in my behalf. I responded back told them I would be in to inspect things. So the following day I went and checked things out and decided I was satisfied nothing was damaged and told them I was OK with everything locked my unit and left. The next day I got another message from them saying there insurance adjusters were leaving that night and needed to know about damages, again I messaged them back told them everything was good. 2 days later I went in to grab something from my unit just to find my unit empty... they had cut the lock on my unit and moved my stuff across the building. They left a box of my stuff sitting in the hallway outside of my unit, not to mention I had missing items, broken items, and a storage unit that looked like a toddler packed the items in it. Shelves stacked on top of totes and other shelves a half empty red bull can laying on the top of a shelve that had spilled all over antique furniture. Not professional at all... if you're doing to move somebody's stuff without there approval at least you should do it carefully without breaking stuff and packing it in such a sloppy matter...
Charles Y | Overall ExperienceUpon renting the storage unit I was unaware that my direct deposit of my income would be a little bit later than expected and every month I was charged for a late fee and actually one month I was charged for two late fees. Prior to this when I became aware of the overlap I went to the office in person and I tried to discuss this and asked if my payment date could be moved out just a couple days and I was told that they were unable to accommodate my request so there for I was charged for late fees every month and I have to wait for the Social Security Administration to deposit my payments. I believe I should have been able to get my request accepted and avoided your late fees. Though since she said I was unable to push my due date out I believe it was intentional on your part that I was charged for late fees when we could have spared me two days you wouldn't accommodate and you knew I would have to pay for the late fees. I was threatened to be evicted as well but as I said two days later I paid my bill. This is highly discouraging and I don't think I will be able to rent at your facility ever again. Thanks for the extra charges that could have and should have been avoided as far as I'm concerned.

I had to remove my items from storage, and replace over $1000 in items due to rodent feces, and rodents building nest in my children’s items, employees had zero work ethic, respect for their customers was awful, and even if you mention problems to them they would let it slide. Overall experience 0/10 I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. HR needs to work on their business and fire a lot of people. Scummy assholes.
