Upon renting the storage unit I was unaware that my direct deposit of my income would be a little bit later than expected and every month I was charged for a late fee and actually one month I was charged for two late fees. Prior to this when I became aware of the overlap I went to the office in person and I tried to discuss this and asked if my payment date could be moved out just a couple days and I was told that they were unable to accommodate my request so there for I was charged for late fees every month and I have to wait for the Social Security Administration to deposit my payments. I believe I should have been able to get my request accepted and avoided your late fees. Though since she said I was unable to push my due date out I believe it was intentional on your part that I was charged for late fees when we could have spared me two days you wouldn't accommodate and you knew I would have to pay for the late fees. I was threatened to be evicted as well but as I said two days later I paid my bill. This is highly discouraging and I don't think I will be able to rent at your facility ever again. Thanks for the extra charges that could have and should have been avoided as far as I'm concerned.

Rats had nested in my carpets/rugs and died there. Counted at least 8 in total when we were able to open the rugs up offside, took pictures of each one.

I had to remove my items from storage, and replace over $1000 in items due to rodent feces, and rodents building nest in my children’s items, employees had zero work ethic, respect for their customers was awful, and even if you mention problems to them they would let it slide. Overall experience 0/10 I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. HR needs to work on their business and fire a lot of people. Scummy assholes.
