I want to shout out the Amazing staff everyone was so so nice and friendly I would recommend this specific location to my friends family and everyone in between! I would love to shout out whoever was on shift April 6 between 10a-4p April 7th around 4:30/5pm both in the main building and the storage facility! The whole pick up and drop off for the van was a breeze and the guy at the front desk helped me pick out the most convenient storage unit. I want to add this is the second time I’ve used the facilities and I have no complaints!

RICHARD N | First ImpressionsThe storage facility itself was immaculate and well-maintained. It was a little inconvenient to go down the street to the office. While the manager at the rental location was excellent, the staff for both vehicle/equipment rentals and storage rentals missed the mark. On multiple occasions they have contradictory/inaccurate information and had a poor attitude. This caused me to go to a different location for vehicle/equipment rentals.
Michael F | Overall ExperienceThere was one time the elevator was out it would be convenient to have another. This was the only incident as far as I knew. Other than this everything was clean and well maintain. Temperature was also always controlled very comfortable. Location was also convenient.

They recently helped my daughter and I get our trucks returned from a relocation from Michigan and storage units setup efficiently. Everyone was so helpful and upbeat. This is indeed the best u-haul location.
