First of all I asked for a bigger storage facility they charge me $89. I explain to them that I had renter insurance and showed him a policy first month I didn’t get charged second month and third month I was charged went to talk to manager and asked her about, a better rate on this very small stores are room. She told me she cannot work with me or cannot reimburse me for the overcharge on the insurance issue. I decided to cancel the 12th of this month which was early. She said that I could not be compensated for the difference Prorated what is the word she used? I asked then why at first is prorating when I showed up on the 12th to use the storage unit from beginning she did not have anything to say except no no no no not good for business.
