The code box for the building did not work the day I was moving in. Finally I got it to work after 45 minutes the emergency number on the sign at the storage that I called did not work at all. The person sent me to voicemail and did not return my calls. When I got in I had resets 10x10 and the gave me 2 5x10 spaces right next to each other. Which I said that was fine. I called and asked why they rented me a space they did not have and the women could not answer me. But that was fine. Then fast forward to two weeks later we went to the storage and my code did not work. I went on the app and it said that I had been moved out! I called U-Haul the next day and they did not know what happened. She said she would find out and call me back. No call after 3 hours. I then called back and she said that my stuff was moved out cause I only had one unit locked. The other one did not have anything in it yet so I did not put a lock on it and because of that they moved BOTH of my units out and took my stuff! I was so upset! She said that my stuff was back in and now it was ok. BUT that is NOT ok at all! I asked her why no one called me and why this happened. She was SO rude and said “ listen LADY your stuff is back in there and the problem is solved” I told her she can’t talk to me like that and I want a manager. She then put me on hold and no one picked up no manager can to the phone so I hung up. I will be calling today and hopefully they can tell me what happened. Also I am not even sure if all my stuff is there. MAJORITY unhappy with this whole process VERY unhappy!

U-Haul has better prices, friendly staff, and a beautiful facility to store your items. I will definitely recommend U-Haul to everyone and never go back to Public Storage again.
