Facility was experiencing high volume returns (busiest U-haul center I have experienced in 50 years as a repeat customer), Natasha was cool under fire, balancing her customers, requesting assistance when needed, handled my return, my storage need, checked in twice during unloading to ensure we were all good on unit size. Very professional, personable, “just another day” thank you Natasha!!
