The 24/7 share experience was difficult, took over an hour to get code after arriving at dealership, pads that were in truck as ordered Check engine light came on, and AC did not function properly. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH U HAUL EVER!

Missing appliance dolly and pads. Since location was closed had to go buy them costing hundreds of dollars more
CHRISTOPHER MNo one on site and she was unhelpful on the phone. Kept referring us to U-Haul Corporate.
George SI rented the 15 ft and it was easy access to get to. I didn't receive a gate code to get into the property though, had to call management for it, It took three of us to unlock the locks password. It took way to long for that, and couldn't get it to lock when returning. Manager did it with no problem, LOL. Other than this, it was a smooth transition. Thank you!
