How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis was a blessing for us! We needed a small storage space for a short time while we were downsizing from our house to an apartment. UHAUL was very close to us and convenient. The cost of the unit was very affordable. Inside the facility, we felt safe and secure. The facility was very clean, well-lit, and the size of our rental unit was perfect for our needs. We would absolutely use UHAUL again, if needed, and would absolutely recommend UHAUL for anyone else. THANK YOU!
andrew p | Overall ExperienceThe only interaction I had with the staff was a month after I moved in. I was away and they texted me that I had to change the lock on my shed. They changed it and told me I’d pick up a key to the new lock. They did not tell me is have to go to Cleveland to get the key. It was all inconvenient and could have been avoided by communication up front.

Got to the location to start moving my things in and was told that my storage unit size I picked was not available at that location. I was late to work and I open the building. Causing my owner to miss out. I will never rent a storage unit ever again and if it wasn’t for me being in such a pinch I would have taken my business elsewhere.
Cheryl J | First ImpressionsI had a little trouble during the checkout process it wouldn't accept my card butcher trying multiple times and switched it worked. Also trying to enter was a bit confusing with the two different key pads it wasnt explained how to access efficiently so was confused. Once I contacted the number and spoke to the lady I got it right away. Finally I wish the garage doors worked it was a hassle unloading through the main entrance especially when my unit is near the garage doors and i had to leave my vehicles unattended but other than that it was pleasant

If anything could improve my experience with UHAUL, it would be to have the parking spaces cleary marked out in the lot. Thank you.....
