Everyone at the Alexis and Jackman store was very helpful and knowledgeable. I probably dealt with 5 different employees during my reservation, return of truck and trailer and paying my storage. Overall very impressed with my experience.

I paid for the whole month. I was out of there by the 7th of March and you're gonna keep the rest of my money. I should get a refund because I have never been late on my storage

Jeff S | Online Move InSo I have an issue that caused me some significant time and hassles. When I called the u-Haul 800 number to arrange renting a truck and storage unit.. I chose uhaul because you have a location walking distance from my former residence. As it turns out I was sent there ( 50 Alexis Rd Toledo Ohio ) by the very helpful lady on the phone. But it wasn’t the right location. I had to go miles away. So rather than be able to walk to get my rental I had so get a ride. Which by the way was not my plan, not easy, and I wouldn’t have booked the truck and unit that day if I had known the actual location where I needed to go. The pickup time was also 1 and a half hours later than I was told to be there. I really hope whoever’s reading this will take the time to consider my situation and help me offset my wasted time money for my rides gas and my frustration in getting my rentals to work out that day. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask for something like that. And I would definitely take care of my clients in such ways if it were my company.. Anyway, other than the truck being late and the wrong location given, the only other issue was created by me misplacing the rental key! The truck was fine the units fine Thank you for your time!
