I think the aisle my unit was located on was Aisle C, The overhead motion lights only stayed on for a little bit, and you would have to keep walking down to the end of the hallway to get them to turn back on, then walk back to the unit. Since there was no lightin the unit, which is a huge drawback and very inconvenient, you have to depend on the hallway overhead motion light to provide any light into the unit. I mentioned this to a person working in the office, to see if they could fix the motion light, and she said no they weren’t going to do anything about it. She was neither empathetic nor helpful. She just said no, they wouldn’t fix it. And when I turned in my keys, there was no thank you at all, not for the keys, not for renting with Uhaul, nothing.. Overall, the staff was not at all friendly either upon moving in or moving out. I could overlook the unfriendly staff, the biggest drawback was there was no light in the unit, which would keep me from renting there again.

Everything was perfect when I picked it up. but I did put down a moisture barrier over the concrete heavy black plastic so the way I packaged and protected everything I’m sure helped also.
