Since October 2025, I was moving from out of state and I had hired professional movers for the first time. I should’ve went with Uhaul and independently hired out. I have had nothing but issues with Safe Ship and Pack N Go. Nikki has been a godsend to me this last weekend. She actually went out of her way and spoke to The carrier for me on speakerphone trying to determine his location when he would arrive due to getting my storage unit. Even after she explained how he needed to back in with his 18 hauler the driver when he arrives said no, he could not do it. It needs to be a unit where he come back in straight shot. Nikki was so kind to accommodate me to a small smaller unit, but honestly that’s all I really needed. However, if I had something new or had an over run with items that needed another unit, she would’ve accommodated me with another unit to use. Nikki had went above and beyond and Uhaul should be very proud of the staff that they have in the east Casper area. Honestly, every time my husband and I went in, which was many times to keep them updated. The entire staff have always been pleasant and kind. I have rent today 6 x 12 trailer from another state and it was easy to drop off. These staff gentlemen had backed up for me and reviewed the trailer to make sure nothing was damaged. All in all I will always continue to go back to Uhaul like I have over the last 25 years. Thank you for all you have done to assist me during a move. That was not very pleasant and was very stressful. Uhaul actually made my move so much easier and when you have kind staff that goes above and beyond that should be recognized by corporate and there should be some type of reward for that type of Customer Service. Uhaul has screwed me in every aspect of my move, and corporate told me "that sucks" and I never got anything even close to a resolution. I'm never going through Uhaul ever again, if anything I'll be suing.

TIMOTHY M | First ImpressionsStaff wasn’t rude but not friendly. I get paid the second Wednesday of the month and that did not coincide with your billing. The first time I called and asked for a two day extension I was told the my belongings were up for auction and she just wanted to make me aware of that. I was very confused and come to find out she was not even looking at my account, she had the wrong account. I also was charged a late fee for the 2 days. I should have vacated the premises long before I did. I was charged a late fee practically every month so when I was told the rent was going up again I WAS DONE. I understand that a due date is a due date but I repeatedly said when my pay date was and never was offered any help. I fell like they are just ready to jump at any extra fees they can charge.
