The facility and my experiences were excellent until Uhaul took it over. Uhaul has screwed me in every aspect of my move, and corporate told me "that sucks" and I never got anything even close to a resolution. I'm never going through Uhaul ever again, if anything I'll be suing.

TIMOTHY M | First ImpressionsStaff wasn’t rude but not friendly. I get paid the second Wednesday of the month and that did not coincide with your billing. The first time I called and asked for a two day extension I was told the my belongings were up for auction and she just wanted to make me aware of that. I was very confused and come to find out she was not even looking at my account, she had the wrong account. I also was charged a late fee for the 2 days. I should have vacated the premises long before I did. I was charged a late fee practically every month so when I was told the rent was going up again I WAS DONE. I understand that a due date is a due date but I repeatedly said when my pay date was and never was offered any help. I fell like they are just ready to jump at any extra fees they can charge.
