Pros: The employees were friendly and helpful! Hours of operation are good. The staff keep the area pretty clean. Cons: Sketchy customers and area make moving (especially at night) unsafe. If coming from the highway, you must make a u- turn against oncoming traffic (difficult and unsafe with large trucks/ trailers. While the staff was very helpful, I've come at night to move out items in storage and there were drugees/homeless hanging out by the gate. The evening I was moving out of the unit with my 10 year old child, we had to call police because there were 10-15 gunshots just a couple hundred yards north from us. Not the safety location.
