It was too small, so i ended up not moving into the unit, instead I purchase a bigger unti and canceled my contract for the unit.

natasha i | Overall ExperienceThey only get two stars because management is terrible. I had my storage with them for 4 years. New management comes in and changes everything. Now my military status means nothing. Had spinal surgery recently and asked for just a lil wiggle room since rent was due and I just had surgery. So all this we work with our customers maybe they do with other customers but they definitely wouldn’t help. No I’m back stuck in my bed because I had to rush to this facility. They get two stars because of the employees but management no stars.
Shandea E | Overall ExperienceThe problem I had with the storage was when we went out to remove my daughter’s furniture we found mice that caused damage to her furniture ( king & Queen mattress) when we got her living room set placed in the home later that day there were more mice. We had to throw out the furniture. We had to have pest control come out. Wasted a lot of money paying for something we had to get rid of.
