With me mainly having free time at night the access hours were a bit rough at times to deal with but I made it work.
James M | Overall ExperienceThe staff are helpful, the general manager is rude. I wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone. Customer of three years and move out was highly unsatisfactory. I was given the run around on move out, and then refused a refund for paying for the month of November when I moved out 11/1.
chardaunauy b | Overall ExperienceMiscommunication on move out date caused us to have to come out of pocket significantly in lock smith fees. Was advised to come in and they could cut the lock for $50, when I got there after driving all the way from manning was told they couldn’t until the following day. Had an initial issue at move in where I upgraded units and the other one was supposed to be removed from my account. Had to pay a second deposit and never received first one back as promised. Also had to pay a month of rental fees at a unit that was never moved into. Lots of chaos and no structure.

KAYON W | First ImpressionsI was charged for gas, for no reason, I picked it up on a half a tank and I returned it with a half a tank exactly. Then I get a receipt where they charged me nearly $10 for 2 gals of gas. I did what I was supposed to do also charged for mileage I came to my home in Dillon SC unloaded and went straight to Florence SC with it so I don’t know how they can charge me for mileage

Latela C | Overall ExperienceInitial move-in date it was indicated that I would have to use stairs as it means to locating my storage area, and this was not in the contract. The facility itself was extremely hot no air condition and the rep was not updated with my contract in detail, this was not a good experience for me.
