Sonny at the Mary Ester location was so friendly and helpful from beginning to end. When I arrived, she knew me by name and was more than ready to assist in any way. We moved away and therefore didn't visit the facility at all. However, when I called to close the account and empty my unit, Sonny once again knew me personally and remembered all of the details of my contract. We arranged for movers to empty our unit and there were zero issues. The entire process from day 1 was better than I could'veimagined.
