The female manager called me after the first month telling me to.come and remove the lock on my unit. I told her I would not and she said she would have to charge me..to which I agreed and she then asked when would I be moving out because I said I was moving out. Which I never did and then she hung up on me. This same manager over charged me by a full day while the truck sat on the lot the entire time she says I was late. I was parked there on site. She charged the full day and the insurance. And I asked her what you do first. And she said I was fine to do.it.later..making it late at that time. She was very dishonest and very rude.

I tried 8 times I did everything from turning my phone off and back on to make sure it wasn't my phone I know it wasn't cause it's brand new but did it to see if that would fix it, I closed the website and started all over multiple times made it would not upload non of my pictures for 2 hrs I tried and tried cause I had to have the unit that day cause I moved out of my apartment and I had nowhere to but my belonging and I had to have a unit at that location because it's not even a 1/2 mile from where im staying til I find another place to rent
