Lights are needed in the individual units
Sandra P | Overall ExperienceI had made calls and payments and then I get a text with a picture saying I could pick my belongings free of charge and I had until Monday to get it out. I am in a different state which I made you guys aware of got stuck in Washington because of sever health conditions and in and out of the hospital. I suffered a stroke and require a lot of assistance now. So the Gm texting me on a Thursday night was cruel he apologized for the miscommunication because no one told me this when I made a payment the week prior. So this was handled very poorly. I did not receive emails or voicemails or even texts about this. I could’ve arranged things had it been made clear to me before.

I was able to speak on the phone with someone and the online move in process was easy to navigate. The facilities were clean, I was given a free lock and now I have safe accommodations for my stored goods.

Light bulb burnt out and pull string cut short. I replaced old bulb with a new one . The pricing is per unit was a lot more than other storage facilities .
