I was surprised there was no person in an office to speak to, that's how it was 20 yrs ago when I had storage at the facility. The times have changed I guess. I was able to speak on the phone with someone and the online move in process was easy to navigate. The facilities were clean, I was given a free lock and now I have safe accommodations for my stored goods.

Light bulb burnt out and pull string cut short. I replaced old bulb with a new one . The pricing is per unit was a lot more than other storage facilities .
