Lost card for automatic withdraw but paid on due date never late.. come a week before next payment and a red lock on it...I'm still angry !!!
LECRESHA H | Overall ExperienceI was told the unit was free for the first month, but at check in, I was charged for the month. I informed the associate that I was Told there was no charge for the first month since I was moving from out of state. She replied that only applies to truck rentals. I had an enclosed trailer. That is not what I was told at the time the reservation was made. Also,I was informed that I had to pay in cash since “ there system was down” so no receipt provided.
