Lost card for automatic withdraw but paid on due date never late.. come a week before next payment and a red lock on it...I'm still angry !!!
LECRESHA H | Overall ExperienceI was told the unit was free for the first month, but at check in, I was charged for the month. I informed the associate that I was Told there was no charge for the first month since I was moving from out of state. She replied that only applies to truck rentals. I had an enclosed trailer. That is not what I was told at the time the reservation was made. Also,I was informed that I had to pay in cash since “ there system was down” so no receipt provided.

She is very proud of her job and she takes pride in in her customers she is very helpful and the the facility is very clean and organized if I had the chance to to work under her I would.
