Amy W | First ImpressionsThe move in was smooth and easy. We dealt with a gentleman who was the owner. Very professional and courteous. The check-out was very confusing. On the day of the move out we asked a lady what the process was. She took our name and said we were done. Not true. It took several phone calls and a visit back to the U-Haul to finally complete the move out process. Very confusing.

Andrew D | First ImpressionsElectric was out a few days this month, June, and did have access to storage unit. Was late but paid plus late fee but they kept the lock on, actually twice. I rented a truck and I was not given correct instructions and when I talked to the manager, he said he would waive the $$. Nope he took it out of my bank account. Not happy with that!!! I felt the company stole money from me!!
