Hello, I did not have a great experience. The great news is that your staff were helpful. The guy from Iran/Afghanistan was especially helpful and empathetic. Kudos to him. The bad news is that I rented a truck from Coventry, and had booked the storage at the Gatineau location. All indications pointed to the storage being available within the 4pm-10pm window of truck rental. It was not. After a long challenging day moving, I arrived and had to spend an hour on the phone trying to figure it out. My GF and her mom waiting in the truck. Frustrated. I had to drive back and forth to Gatineau. Over 20km. And I’m being charged for driving that distance two times, since the reservation forced me to do so. It suggested I’d be able to access storage. And it wasn’t correct. So I’m out 20km X $1.19/km. I’m also out the additional gas for that drive. I’m also out the 3 additional hours I need to take this morning to get my items into storage. I’d like to be reimbursed for this. $90 for mileage when it was meant to be half of that distance, isn’t right. The time I lost last night and this morning is also an issue. Two guy's working reception said they were understaffed, so gave me a rag and cleaning spray to wipe it dry and clean it myself.
