During the day hours, the electronic door is open, so it makes it very easy to access and load and unload. I appreciate the carts that are available to move items as well.

Sierra V | Overall ExperienceOnly thing I can say is that it was extremely inconvenient trying to get my heavier items up the stairs. Some type of lift system for heavierw items would take these units from a 7 to a 10 in a scale from 1-10 with 10 being excellent
