This is the best storage facility I have ever visited so far. Well lit, clean, spacious, and nice and polite staffs. Even Now that I moved 23 miles away, I still like to use this facility. I feel safe and comfortable being here. I checked other storage units ( different company) that were close to me,but I felt unsafe and gross. Too dingy, too dark and narrow hallways. Thank you Ms Vernita and Devon.

Mike E | Overall ExperienceI did not have a problem with the storage facility. However, I do have an issue with the U-HAUL policy, as it relates to refunds. When a customer closes a storage account early, a prorated refund should be given. It Is not good customer service to not allow a refund, when U-HAUL has the storage unit listed as available to rent to another customer.
