Alliyah D | Online Move InI had 2 damage leather sofa’s in storage 1929, when moving out. I approached the staff and said I had to speak to the GM who was on sight, but apparently the staff did not want to go behind close doors to get her. After arguing with the representative, she finally came out and really did not seem my issue was a priority. Given some papers to file a claim, but found it interesting and ask me if I frequent the storage facility - I do and have found lockers near mine leaking if water after a rain or snow. I place my things in the inside, paid more and on top of that insurance. To secure my items. My sofas were $7,000.00 a piece so I do expect a smooth claims process.

GLENN S | Overall ExperienceI initially asked for a one way. When I went to attempt to find out where my truck would be returned to it showed me that I had to return it to the original location. I was not too happy about that because I had to leave from where I could have dropped it off to a destination further than my intended drop off and it was $16 + more than what I was supposed to pay initially. They were more than helpful though and I greatly appreciate everything they did and were able to do that day. I would still gladly use uhaul again
