I’ve had the storage unit for about two years. The initial price was great not so much for the price increases.
Mike E | Overall ExperienceI did not have a problem with the storage facility. However, I do have an issue with the U-HAUL policy, as it relates to refunds. When a customer closes a storage account early, a prorated refund should be given. It Is not good customer service to not allow a refund, when U-HAUL has the storage unit listed as available to rent to another customer.

I asked for more time and they sold my storage for $10 and how all of my deceased mothers memories in there in my life for the past three years I think that was very unfair and very inhumane.
