How U-Haul Reviews WorkTerrible experience!!! I was moving out of my storage units 1871 and 1075 and placing my items into a U-Box to be shipped to Texas. The U-Boxes were initially place at the rear of the facility. I told the cashier that would take for ever to load my boxes. It made no sense at all to carry my items from inside the storage unit, out the door and to go all the way around to the rear of the facility. I asked to speak to a manager. That took 45 minutes. Eventually she came up front and I convinced her to move the U boxes to the front of the building. I don’t understand why the boxes couldn’t be placed as close as possible to my unit. Even though they were brought up front, they were still quite a distance from my storage unit. I didn’t want to deal their attitudes anymore so I just loaded my boxes. With all the trips back and forth it took me 3 hours to move out of a 10x10 unit. I was very disappointed.

debra b | Overall ExperienceThe UHaul Storage facility was selected because of location, size, and recommendation. It served my purpose for the one year and nine months I used the facility. I used it mostly for storage until I was able to find where to place things I wanted to keep in my home or give away. When I was done with that, I cancelled my contract. The only concerned I had was when I had reduced the things I had placed in storage and no longer needed the larger space, I was unable to transfer to a smaller space because there was none available. At this point, I no longer wanted to continue paying for space I did not need. Therefore, I canceled my contract, made the final payment, signed all the necessary papers, rented a small UHall truck and moved everything out. It was as simple as that. Thank you!
