My only complaint was the side door for after hours access never worked. Even after I changed my pin with the office, for some reason it was locked on the inside or something as I could never get access after hours and it was frustrating at times. I could only access my unit during office hours.

When I asked about the issues I was having I was given the response of talk to somebody else until I made the full loop of people on site and issues were still not resolved.

Woman working was short, not personable and unknowledgeable about the services offered. Gentleman working at location was rude enough I moved my things out early. I would recommend staff training on customer service and company services knowledge.
