Lorrie M | Overall ExperienceThe only issue I had was in my climate-controlled unit the light was on a sensor and while I was at my unit I wasn’t in the sight of this sensor so literally I’d be knee deep in something and have to stop every 5 minutes and walk down the hall to trigger the sensor again and it was pitch black when that light went out. You can imagine the frustration, I’m sure. To be fair, I never actually brought the issue up to them because they probably would have fixed it for me but at the time I’d be so mad and felt that with common sense they should know this would potentially be an issue. Besides that this was a convenient, effort-less, and pleasant experience as far as storage facilities go and this had been my 4th one in two years. My rates never increased on me like they had at the other facilities a few months in and the staff was great!

Maria G | First ImpressionsI loved most everything about my experience with this. I have 2 minor complaints that at the time you’re going through them are not so minor but 1.) I had 50 emails with confirmation, receipt, etc. but could not for the life of me find the unit number when trying to go in and 2.) the light is on a motion sensor and do you know how inconvenient and annoying it is to be in the middle of your unit when it goes pitch black and you have to stop what you’re doing, climb over your stuff to go down the hall to activate the light every 6 minutes or so - I was there an hour so yeah but maybe they can fix that?
