I loved the experience
Abigail D | Overall ExperienceRental was done online. Never dealt with staff. They lepra clean as possible. They can’t control what people don’t throw away properly. Oh, they need to check equipment. Free use of flat bed dollies are good but one had a wheel connected with just one screw. Not safe.

Angelina H | First ImpressionsI paid almost 200 dollars monthly for a "climate controlled" storage. I was by a large window. Its easily 90 degrees by that window if the sun is out. Prices are too high. Ubox made sense in price but it is inconvenient.

Betty P | Overall ExperienceWas supposed to be given a free ADDITIONAL MONTH due to miscommunication from the customer service rep at the store. Never received it. The GM was present and gave the lady beside me her additional free but not me. The customer service rep was rude and I ended up buying 3 small units due to her lack of knowledge. Move out was easy.
