Laraccus R | Overall ExperienceI rented this small space for one month for a friend that was going through a hard time. I put his name on the contract too. When the first month was about to end I went in to the office and asked to have my name removed as the other gentleman was taking over the payments. However, despite asking office staff again to stop emailing me at the end of every month reminding me of rent due, I kept getting emails. Please give folks a simpler exit mechanism. It's not a big deal; just a flaw in a very well run company. Thank you.

DESTINY K | Overall ExperienceVERY slow check in...not clear where to park to unload at first..hated having to unload TWICE..took forever to unload onto carts, then push them all the way thru the maze of units to the back, then unload the carts! Like the security of it but wanted to back up to unit, unload and be done.

There were some times in the past when the bathroom wasn't clean looking, but the past couple of times that I was there recently and used it, it looked pretty good. I did also notice there wasn't a garbage any longer inside the storage area to dispose of anything minor on the way out.
