My code wouldn’t work to get in the building around back. The unit I was assigned had a lock on it and I had to call the front desk to help me. He had to move me to another unit because the 1st unit didn’t show anything on the manifest so I don’t know what I would’ve done if I had a full load. I wouldn’t have had a way to empty it out and it would’ve put me past the rental time.

RAQUEL D | Overall ExperienceOf the three facilities we have experienced, this is the best managed and cleanest storage facility we have encountered in Greenwood. This facility is also much better than the U-Haul facility in Simpsonville, especially in terms of customer service. Bryan Tupper and his team in Greenwood are stellar. They presented us a map that showed the location of our unit. At the location in Simpsonville, we wandered through the facility searching for a non-existent unit number, and there was a boneyard of wrecked rental trucks on the property. Greenwood U-Haul is the best!
