Storage unit was clean. The staff are unfriendly, rude and act as if we the customer owe them for even speaking to them. I walk into the office and in a loud clear voice said "hello ma'am how are you" from less then a foot away, the lady didn't turn her head fom the computer to acknowledge me or say one single word. When she was done, then she turns and says rudely, what do you need! Then after I canceled my contract, they continued to charge me. Hire new staff or retrain them. You gonna lose lots of money in the future.

And now I know I’ll wait forever for my deposit. The normal staff that was always there gave you an attitude at times and not very friendly. I will definitely go somewhere else if I need storage again.
