The storage units are very nice but I do have to say the spilt floors and stairs to units are not it took us time to find out unit I was told I had one 10x 20 but it turned out to be 2 10x10 units it was really difficult with the stairs to the units long hallways and stairs It made for a hard move even with young healthy adults and it was not easy for elderly I just wish we were told ahead of time! When I was told there were elevators it was good but not being told of split floors and stairs wasn’t good especially on the day of my move and no choice of change! The U-Haul location is good people were great customers service but I think everything should have been up front!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe woman at the front desk was going through someone's file and was making nasty rude comments about how much she owed which was over 2000.00. I don't even know this woman and I know about all her late payments. The staff is not very friendly here. Jy unit was in a corner and the stair railing made it hard for me to use my lock because it was right in the corner of the door handle. The prices were way to high for a 5x10. A 5x5 is 90.00? An a 5x10 is 140.... That's not much of a price difference
