There was a little mixup with my 24 hour access the representative that helped me the first time supposedly did his job with the next day. I went to my storage and I was locked out because he obviously didn’t do what he was supposed to do but someone else took care of it thank God.
GLENDA N | Overall ExperienceThere’s a loud alarm that goes off randomly inside the storage room. It sounds like an emergency alarm and is super jarring. Sometimes it goes off a few times in one visit. I’ve seen employees present when it happens and it doesn’t phase them. So I guess it’s not for an emergency? But it’s super unsettling. Other than that, I don’t have any complaints

Miosotys S | Overall ExperienceTo be clear, the set hours to access the storage units ARE convenient. However I called and asked an employee specifically if I would be able to access late at night as I was on a timetable and was already massively delay due to my own issue and I was told yes. Then when I arrived I had to wait until the set hours. However other than that the staff members were great. VERY CLEAN and I wasn’t at all scared for my life when I was alone. That’s a big deal for women jsyk.

Janine F | Online Move InThe general manager was not too professional or friendly , nor helpful . I was charged for other storage units l didn’t have . They couldn’t get my storage unit straight after numerous reminders , my access card kept denying me access , tried calling office from intercom with no answer . My contract stated 5 days truck return they told me l only had 3 days . Overall better than those ripoff scammers moving companies l guess .
