The facility was always clean, neat and well maintained. The management and staff were always helpful and courteous. The elevator was broken for an extended period of time causing a hardship on most everyone. The time to repair and have the service restored was not acceptable. I realize it was not the management but the contract with the service company. This should be recognized throughout the UHAUL organization to prevent this inconvenience as well as the loss of income for UHAUL! The installation of a second elevator may well be worth the cost.

It’s very clean and very well maintained and it’s climate controlled as well. I highly recommend this facility they will make your moving and storage easier and more efficient. Upon leaving and emptying our unit, I used their moving help feature and had the best movers I’ve ever seen in my life. Not only were they great workers but very nice guys too. They had us moved out of the unit and into our new apartment in less than 2 hours! They were incredible! This was a very positive experience.
