The overall experience was good with the rental truck and rental storage. But when I went to close out my rental storage the lady said I had a previous balance but don't worry about it because it's already being closed out...yeah cool but no. I had all my memories in storage so I made sure I stayed on top of payments. Saying that I had a balance through me even though I knew I didn't. Like you have to be careful with given wrong information because certain people take stuff like this to the head and it could of gotten out of hand because even the paper said $0 balance. So it's like where you getting your information from...what's really up? Just saying.
Tiffany K | Overall ExperienceAlways had to wait to pay on my storage even though 3 associates at the store only one did payments. Always let people park trucks where ever made it difficult to get in and out. When I first rented my unit it wasn’t cleaned out. So I ended up having to take a larger unit and paying a higher price because at the time is all they said they had. When I asked the Dana the manager she was like well you didn’t have to bring your stuff here.
MARKOUS S | Overall ExperienceMy unit 1020 leaked water and had mold damage unknown to me m, so for months my stuff was getting ruined and I had no idea. uhaul claimed that because I didn’t choose to use their insurance that it isn’t on them at all but I think when you say you’re providing a service of clean dry storage then you should back that regardless of if I paid extra for insurance or not because you did not provide the service I paid for. It was bad and all my stuff is gross and a lot of clothes and things are ruined
