I showed up on move in day to find that my unit had someone else’s lock in it, so I could not access the unit. There was no onsite staff or remote support to assist in a timely manner. I tried the text support line, but they took over two hours to respond. Fortunately I stopped waiting for a response after 15 minutes and instead found a new storage facility to unload my stuff at and return the U-Haul, all before I received a response from the text support line.
