Larry L | First ImpressionsWe finished moving out of the storage unit on a Saturday night after 7:00 pm business closing time. I was told to call in to report the move out date, which I did n Sunday. Rent would have been due Monday. Later that week I received an email notifying me of the late fee for missing rent payment. I called the Cedar U-Haul and (presumably) resolved the problem. Need better communication between call centers and individual businesses. The folks at the Cedar location are excellent.

I have had two separate storage units at this facility over the past year and every time has been nothing short of an excellent experience. I will store here again if ever needed.

Not only has U-haul charged my card without authorization, but did not prorate my last bill for storage. Paid an entire month for 2 days? My whole moving experience with them was a nightmare and their response was, “it’s in the fine print”? Never will use U-Haul again!
brendan a | Overall ExperienceRented a U-Haul to move out of my storage unit and the employee read the gas gauge wrong. So when I drove a total of 11 miles and then put gas in it, I was still charged $25 because they stated I used a quarter of a tank to go 11 miles. The female employee that checked me out of my storage unit was extremely rude and disrespectful. I have rented a storage unit and for U-Hauls from that location within the last two and a half years and never had an issue. I will definitely be using a different company altogether.
