From renting your trucks to storage unit issues, they act like the paying customer is the biggest inconvenience they have ever experienced. Not to mention there is only ever one person working at a time and they take their sweeeeet time doing whatever it is that they do. The point of a storage unit is to get in, get out. Since renting, I have received two notices on my storage room door. The first one said I failed to pay. So I pulled up my transaction on my banking app, showed it to the jerk at the desk, and when she checked the system she said there is no reason listed for my door to be locked. Awesome, I love wasting my time. The second time, today, there was a notice with a message on the back saying I failed to lock it properly, despite the fact that I have done the same procedure every. single. time. When I called the front desk, the man kept interrupting me and said "well if you did it right it wouldn't be on there." Oh okay that's very helpful. Fine whatever, show me how to lock it then. But no, he can't because...wait for it...he was the only one working! Again! More wasted time. I needed to drop some stuff off and get going because just like everyone else, I'm a busy person who pays for convenience. To be honest, I want a refund for all of my time that's been wasted because as I'm sure you've heard, time is money. This is the kind of place I would recommend to my worst enemy just for the sake of ruining their day.

I loved how attentive most of the staff was always watching the property and monitoring those coming and going. If the prices didn’t get raised, I’d probably still have a unit here. Pricing seems high which is my only complaint.
